Repair track link doesn't work!

The repair tracking link does not work: "service is not available". How can I access it through self-service?

Okay, you can give a call to *611. They have an up to date system that can track the exact progress of your repair!

This is a Koodo repair track. I want to see the status of my repair, not its delivery!!!

In the email send to you should be the tracking number. You should be able to track it through the Canada Post website.
