renew online


I got an email to renew online and get a free wireless speaker, how do i renew online? I cant find it on self serve. (im a monthly customer)

You just pay off your tab, if any, and select thr phone you want online and you're good to go.

What happens when you click renew online at the bottom of the email?
It just takes me to the phone page https://www.koodomobile.com/phones

Then have you tried logging in and purchasing a phone? When you get to the checkout it should show the speaker as part of the purchase.

This should appear once at the checkout page:

Yes, a new phone online. Only select phones apply and im not sure if it applies to all customers but it seems so!
