Remove Email From Account


I recently started the process of switching my phone plan from my father's account to my own. Unfortunately, a few years ago I made a self serve profile and requested access to his account. When I log in, I get a message saying that my request for access hasn't been approved. Is there a way to cancel that request? I want to tie my own, new account to that email instead.

You will need to contact koodo remove your email from your father's account and have it used for your new account.
