registration email

I have had my phone for a couple of months and I have tried to pay my bill and keep getting this everytime I login

 

 

 

I have not received any type of email. I've searched my junk folder multiple times and my inbox, even my deleted emails. It's not there

Try visiting https://koo.do/SSreg and see if you can reset your self serve account there.

I have not recieved a registration email. I don't use Facebook. How do I get help to activate my sim or create an account?

Sim’s should arrive pre-activated.  If it is not activated yet, it may have arrived earlier than Koodo expected.  Just wait a day or 2

Ordered Dec 30 arrived Jan 13.... Don't think that's the case

Ok. You need to send Koodo a private message via twitter or you can request a callback via koodo assist

Several callbacks later.... Still not activated. They seem to think I'm lying when I say I have not received an activation email. Keep trying to get me to find one instead of just sending me one.
