I log in and i get an error to wait for owner to register but I’ve been registered for a year now and I check my emails and there’s nothing there

Go to koodo.com/chat

Enter your phone number when prompted.

Say ‘cannot access self serve'.

When it asks if this is your first time logging in, say yes.

Follow the steps from there. This should reset your self serve profile and allow you to access your account. If it doesn't work, contact koodo directly via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM and they can do so manually.

Hi,  I  was having the same issue for a week now.  Koodo is aware of the problem.  Just go to self serve and request to speak to a rep; rep can help you.
