Hi, I have put my cell on hold since April and I want to reactivate my cell. The mobile service on the website is not working. How can I reactivate my cell?

To remove your seasonal hold, you need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist. If you do not have an alternate number for the callback, you can also send a message to a Koodo rep on Facebook Messenger. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/keeping-your-account-open-when-travelling
