re-open my acct

I lost my phone, called and suspended it.... then had someone return it.... how do I re open my acct??? Online??

Hi there Jen... Feel free to call Customer Service by dialing 1-866-995-6636, make sure you have your PIN number and they will be able to help you out to resume the services... You may try on Self Service under the Mobile Phone TAB and then under Lost/Stolen phone to see if the option to resume the services is there...

If your phone can't even dial out to *611 & you have no other phone, you'll likely need to go to a Koodo store. Out of curiosity, did you locate it yourself or did a good summariton track you down & give it to you?
