Question about phone number change


I just changed my cell number through self serve and it registers as changed on my cell phone when I view "my phone number", but on my self serve account, it still says I have my old number. Now, when I try to do some things on the self serve website, it says "Mobile Number entered is invalid. Please check and try again." But it doesn't give me an option to enter the correct number. Will it realize the changed number after a bit of time, or do I have to do something manually?

At the top right corner of the page there should be a drop box that allows you to change the number being displayed.

I noticed that drop box, but it doesn't give me an option to change the number.

In that case you may be better off deleting and re-registering your self serve login. It sounds like something didn't transfer correctly. You'll need to call in and get customer service to help with this, since only they can delete self serve logins.

Actually I just restarted my computer and it's got the correct number now, it must have just needed some time. Thank you, though!
