questiom about sim card and new accounts

I hooked up two new lines for my phones. Received order confirmations for both but only got 1 customer service agreement. 2 SIM cards arrived today. Still no 2nd service agreement… I’m not sure which order number is not working but both orders are: HFO28743628 and HFO28751156. Ordered on December 30,2020

Do the sims work in the phone?

 

Did you receive an email confirmation for your self serve for both accounts?

 

Did you use different emails for both accounts?

Did you use the same email and same credit card for both orders? If so, only one order could have gone through. The 2nd might have been canceled (as they only allow new customer to have one line per account for the first 90days with Koodo). If you would like to add a new line as a new customer, you would have to visit a Koodo location (kiosk, or a retail).
