It was easy enough to purchase a phone and receive a tracking number, but I would like to log into my account and I can not. I would also like to order a second phone, do I really need to wait until the first phone arrives? This is frustrating

You need an activation email from Koodo to access your selfserve, have you received it?

Don't try to create a selfserve account yourself before that email arrives. If you did, you need a reset from Koodo.
