Problems with self-serve after transferring ownership of a phone


I recently changed ownership of my phone from my mother to myself and now certain pages, like preauthorized payments and my usage say I am not authorized to view the page. What's happening?

I'd recommend calling customer service to check out what's happening. Really hard to troubleshoot a self serve login if you can't see what's happening on the back end.
