Problems changing address

I tried changing my address with self serve, it said it would be updated within 15 minutes but it wasn't. I got support to call me, it was a long 30 minute call with lots of waiting, the guy helping me repeated the address back to me correctly, like using phonetic alphabet to make sure every last bit was correct. I checked my account online and while it was changed it was missing important parts, the letter in the street number, and the street type.

If that part of self serve is broken for me, calling a phone number is not a good solution to change my address, i just want someone to email so I know everything will be correct.
