Problem With E-mails on Self-Serve Profile


I used to have two phones linked under my profile and my email address was used to login. Those two phones have been unlinked for several months and they are now two separate profiles. The second profile uses a completely different email address. The problem is that when I pay my bills there's a payment confirmation being send to the second email address that has nothing to do with my profile. I've looked everywhere on my profile and there's no sign of any email address but mine. How is this possible that my payment information is being sent to an email address that is not mine?

You said the "second profile uses a completely different email address". This to me means that you know this email address and it's not some stranger. I suspect that line on your account is the 'main' account and hence the emails are being sent there. I'm pretty sure you can change the email you want these notificationst to be sent to. Under Billing>Bill Type/Notifications
