Problem setting up Self Serve


Hello, I just made a new account in my name (I have experience managing my mother's account). I want to log on to self serve to change my phone number and set up a pre-authorized billing agreement. When I log on, all I see is a tab for My Profile, giving me options only for changing my email address, password, or secret question, and an option to link accounts. I entered my name and phone number again to the Link Accounts option, but it says that the "specified object already exists"

Your self serve account was set up say manager not account owner, you have to call Koodo and have them switch it. Yes that's the only way 😉
