Prepaid self-serve website has been down now since at least Saturday (Mar 7) evening...Will it be back online soon, I need to pay my monthly fee? Thanks!

Try deleting your browser cache, history and cookies and making sure that your browser is set to accept cookies. Also make sure your using Internet Explorer 8 or above or Firefox newest version as the site is optimized for those browsers. Don't use safari as the Koodo website doesn't play nice with it at all.
