Possibly a typo when the rep was setting up account

New koodo customer.  A rep set up the account for me, gave me a sim card, worked and that was that.  I got a couple texts from koodo welcoming me but never received emails from koodo.  Later that night, I tried to set up self serve multiple times but no emails with verification code or one time password.  Talked to someone thru call back and she kept asking me for the koodo pin which I don’t have.  She kept asking me for the pin, saying that every customer has one even when I told her repeatedly that I was not given one and I don’t have one. She became quite frustrated with me and I hung up.  

I believe the rep who set up my account might have entered my email incorrectly.  What do I do now? Who do I call to get this PIN?  Is there another way to register for self serve?

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? did the rep give you any service contract or anything? normally they wrote the PIN number there.

And Indeed, the PIN is the number setup at the store. I suggest you contact the store again and ask them. They might have entered the wrong email address in the system.
