Porting number in


Trying to port an active bell post paid number to koodo postpaid account. Not working. Says "The number entered is not eligible for the following reason: We are experiencing difficulties in processing your transfer request. If you need help, please call PAC at 844-232-7678. (RC E5) Please check your number and try again." any reason why?? Thanks.

No I didn't. I thought I'd check by here. Isn't that number for koodo customer service or its a different number ^

Nope, that's the number for the Telus porting center I believe.
