Hello... I just signed up with Koodo and I want my old number ported over to Koodo but when I try with the Self Serve and I enter all the details I'm getting Failed Data Format Validation. I don't think one should be charged to talk to a live agent when they are just setting up a new account. How can I get my number ported over?

You need the IMEI number of the phone. Not the serial number.

Your old number still active?
You shouldn't be charged if your self serve didn't work.
Try Timo's suggestion first. If it's didn't work, then contact Koodo. Tell them what you have done, what error message you got...etc. They will help you porting your number.

Koodo really needs to change the name of that field. It is entirely confusing
