I'm trying to port my Bell landline number to Koodo home phone using self-serve but I received the message: "Number Not Found in Bell". I verified with Bell that the number is active and verified the number on Koodo's tool as well. Does anyone know what could be the issue? It's a 905 area code. Thanks!
