Signing up a new person to koodo. He isn’t too tech savy so I am doing the online portion for him. He would like to keep his current cell phone number and has not cancelled with that provider yet.
Can anyone advise the process if I do this online for him?

So, your friend need to create self serve once he gets Koodo SIM. Koodo will send you an instruction how to create the self serve.
Then once it's done, you/he starts initiating porting.
