plan not available under change my plan


Plan available under bring your own phone for 5GB data and unlimited minutes for $48 does not show up in self serve when I  go to change my plan. I have no tab balance and live in the proper region. How can I switch to this plan

There is a fee of $10 for transactions like a rate plan change done by our reps Bill. Also, regional plans are available for residents in that province. Your phone number and address would have to be in that region for plans to be available to you.

So are you saying that your reps will charge $10 to change a MB/SK resident's plan to the $48 5 GB plan even though it is Koodo's doing that the plan does not even show in Self Serve? He might as well go to a different provider with more features and free customer service.

I am running into this problem too.  I am in SK and from within my account it does not show but outside (not logged in) it shows

This $48 5 GB plan that is specific to MB/SK is not available on Self Serve. You will need to contact Koodo, and they will make the plan change for you for free. Tell them the plan is not available on Self Serve, in case they don't know how things work like the Official Rep above doesn't.

@ David, let me thank you for your business first! You've been with us for a while. 🙂 Indeed calling is not the best option, it rarely ever is, but pls do send us a private message on Facebook and we will make the changes for you. We are a bit backed up but will definitely get to you. At least, this way you avoid the waiting on the phone. 
I tried via email since I don't have or care to ever use Facebook and have yet to hear a reply.  Why is it not available in the self serve for goodness sake.  It always seems anything I need to have done is never available.

It's a plan that's not available anywhere else. People outside of Saskatchewan were trying to game it so we pulled it.
