I have 2 phones on my account, one BlackBerry and one HTC. I was just trying to change the plan for the BlackBerry, as the most recent bill did not seem to have it signed up for the plan I thought I requested, however now I'm concerned I changed the plan for both phones or the wrong phone? The system for dealing with one or the other is a bit unclear. Can you confirm I changed only the BlackBerry's plan?

When you log into self-serve, just above the "my profile" and "koodo tab" there is a drop down menu to navigate between your different phone lines. You can navigate between both lines to confirm what plan each one is on.
