phone upgrading error

I have two lines on my plan with Koodo. My secondary line I upgraded, paid, got an order number and all was fine. However when I went to upgrade the main line (my phone) after paying twice it takes me to a blank screen and won’t work. Has my request went through? What do I do.

Did you get a confirmation email regarding the purchase?  If yes, then the purchase has gone through

I had an order confirmed from the secondary line. Just not sure why the main line isn’t processing

I’m having self serve issues right now.  I could be a problem with koodo’s systems.  Are you able to login to your self serve and see your plans and add-ons?

Yes I’ve had no problem online. Just errors with my personal line

If you are not able to see the plans and add-ons on your personal line (same with me) i would be patient and wait for Koodo’s self serve to be fixed

I see koodo is looking into the issue
