phone still not working after activation


I used the online self serve option to activate my Sim card, added my vouchers to get me the $50 package of unlimited texting and unlimited Canada wide calling. I got the email verification and I can log onto my account but my phone still doesn't work

How long has it been? Try turning the phone off and removing the SIM Card and battery if it's removable as well for a minute or so then replace them and try it again.

I tried that and still nothing. It has been over 24 hours now

DID you buy the phone from Koodo? If not is it compatible with Koodo's frequencies? Is it unlocked if not a koodo phone?
Have you tried your SIM in another Koodo phone of maybe a friend or family member or have you tried a friend or family member SIM Card in your phone?

When I did my phone a few days ago I had to go into settings and factory reset the phone with the SIM card in

@Paul Deschamps 9 times out of 10 if its a non koodo phone (carrier locked) it will say INVALID SIM on the screen
