Phone Number Selection (Pre-Paid or Monthly)


I'm currently in the process of registering a Pre-Paid phone for my son. Pre-Paid section for selecting phone number only shows 6 number at a time unless you refresh the screen. There must be better system showing all available numbers, does the Koodo store have better options?

What you see is what you get. If you don't like the selection, you can try and get a specific number.
I am a prepaid customer in Victoria...the number selections are all 778-67x-xxxx. Which is no big deal except my father has developed dementia and has a difficult time with 778 numbers. Wondering if there is a way to get a 250 number through customer care and if they waive the fee in situations like this one.

Hi David. I would call customer service and tell them your situation, and ask them if you can use area code 250 for your area. ( there is no option to do it through self serve) We can't tell if they can waive the fee or not here...but it doesn't hurt to ask 🙂
