Phone activation


I ordered a samsung galaxy ace 2x online and received it today, it says put the sim in it and make a test call it just keeps saying mobile network not available and it says unregisteredsim at the top, how do I fix this?

If it's on a monthly plan you'll need to call 1-866-995-6636 from a landline and follow the prompts for activations. They'll need to activate the sim card for you before the phone will work.

Hi there Chantel... Sometimes the phone gets to our clients already active, but sometimes you have to call just to verify the info on account so we can proceed with the activation... As Timo said, you may call and we will give the account the last push to start working...

Look for the activations option... Where you at? Activation closes at 9 p.m.

won't be automated, you will have to wait until tomorrow to speak with a representative now, because their business day ended at 9.
