I missed the payment for my bill and i usually pay with credit card on the koodo self serve app, now when i go to it, it says 0$ is owing, but my last payment was 2 months ago.. I tried calling but it is all automated voice. Now they have taken my Caller ID away and i can't do anything about it because i cant pay the amount owing.. How do i get the amount owing to pop up so i can pay my bill...

When you call, listen to the prompts. there will be an option to speak to a live person. Usually it would be option 5 for customer service and 6 for technical support. 1-866-995-6636 from a landline *611 from your cell phone Same prompts.
