Payment Error Update

Remember my "Payment Error" thread that was archived without resolution as usual.

I think I found the problem: if you have a negative balance on your account and you try to make a payment through Self Serve, it will show that useless error page when you submit the payment.

There you go @Bernard Koodo, now you can tell your not-poorly-paid web developers to make a useful error page, and get your money's worth.

@triggered123 Thank you!!!! Luckily there is only one person that would want to pay us when they already have a credit on their account. Glad we weren't chasing this one.

What I agree with you is that on the occasion that you try to give us even more money, we should have an error message that says something like 'Hey triggered123, you already paid us more than you had to, go have a coffee instead of trying to pay more'. 🙂
