Password Reset Email is not sent

I tried to reset password.

I clicked “Forgot?” besid password at Log-in site.

Then, I wrote my email and my last name.

The website said,”A password reset has already been requested for this account. If you didn't receive a password reset email, check your spam or junk folders”

So, I tried to find email that they told.

I tried to find at Junk folders and also other folders.

But, I didn’t get any email from Koodo, although I waited for one day.

Is there solution to reset my password?

Are you sure your email was entered correctly or is the correct email for your self serve?

Maybe try the Forgot Email link if you are not getting the forgot password email.

Yes, If I didn’t write my email address correctly, they said “The information you entered doesn't match our records. Do you use a different email to log in? Forgot your email?

So, I wrote correct email address.

Also, I successfully logged in my email account before.

I wrote that I lost password and then I put my email address.

then, koodo assist said It send password reset email in 5 minute.

so, I got email. I reset my koodo account password.
