password


every time I set up a password it works for one day and doesn't work again this has happened a dozen times now I am getting fed up I can never get into my account unless I set it all up again

Are you saying your password resets automatically every day? That is really strange, Barb, in fact I never heard of anything like that. You're talking about self-service, right? Could it be that someone else clicks the "reset password" or anything like that?

Browser was setup to save data and passwords, she should delete history, cache and cookies to avoid browser be mixed wih old and new pw, she should also be sure she types pw in wordpad, copy/past to be sure she is entering the correct pw. it could be also keyboard problem
Sounds like Barb isn't typing it in correctly. The pasword won't work if it's not being typed in correctly.
No, I have had the same problem. Then when go to reset my password and type in my email, it says "For security purposes the account closes down after any inactivity after 30 minutes. Please try again" I just went to try and log on and it keeps saying this. Very frustrated with Koodo login service.
