Online phone shop broken

For days I have been trying to order a new phone because my previous one had stopped working, however, when I get to the stage of logging into my account to purchase the phone a blue square appears after selecting it. I need this to be fixed as soon as possible please.

Have you tried clearing your cache, trying a different browser, etc?

yes and that has changed nothing

Usually that suggests your self serve has not been previously set up. Have you accessed self serve before? If not try Timo’s suggestion:

Go to the virtual assistant.

Say you can't access self serve.

When it asks if it's your first time signing in, say yes.

Follow the instructions from there to reset your self serve profile.
