ive been trying to buy a new phone online while logged into self serve. However every time I select the “phones” option in the task bar, it just opens a page with a big blue screen that says “please select and account” with no other option.

Have you tried other browsers and devices? Are you able to use self-serve fully otherwise?
Yes I have I tired laptop and cell phone on different browsers.
self serve is fully functional for my billing and stuff. Just won’t let me shop.
Odd. I guess you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out
