Hi, I would like to order the promotion plan 20G for $39 to use it when I return to Canada in early June.

I have been away from Canada for 10+ years (i used Koodo before), and now, I do not have any credit card issued in Canada. However, I have a credit card issued in the USA, and I tried to place an order with that card, but it failed as the credit card billing address does not match.

Please advise me to place an order without matching the billing address. I will, of course, replace the credit card that would match with the address, but it will have to be in July.

It will be almost impossible, since the deal expires today and you are currently out of the country. You will need to go to your nearest Koodo store, authorized dealer, or big-box retailer to order the plan. Is there anyone else that can order for you?
