Online billing doesn't work. I press [NEXT] and nothing happens


When I try to pay my bill online, I can get as far as step 1 where it shows the total I owe, and when I press the NEXT button, nothing happens. I can't proceed. Never had this problem before.

Have you tried clearing browser cache, trying a different browsers and trying different devices? You have the option also to pay by calling *123 and dial option 3, pay via online banking if you cannot get it to work.

#123, not * will give you access to the payment auto attendant.

Yeah, it's confusing trying to determine which short numbers use * and which use #. I made a note to remind me.

We got your payment! I see you used #123 as per Goran's recco. We'll look at your sessions to try to see what may have happened, but on our end I can see thousands of payments coming through so it seems to work.

Try to start using the app I've never had a single issue when using the app to pay, it's super fast and easy.
