Online Activation is not working

When my parents bought my iPhone, they were told by the representative that when I get my phone for Christmas I can just insert the SIM card and activate online, but I can't do anything on it. I can't activate it in either English nor French.

Hey, Robert. Actually, online activations have been down for quite some time now due to fraudulent activations. It looks like the rep may not have known this. You can call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 to activate your phone and they will waive the fee as long as you mention that you weren't able to activate online. Either that or you can go in store to activate. Happy holidays!
