On line number port will not work!


Need help with number port in. Always getting a "missing field required" message. It does not indicate which one. I have all details including the correct pin. I have also called in and they have not been helpful. Thanks

I'm assuming the # is still active, in your name, and is eligible to be transferred by checking here: https://secure.koodomobile.com/checktransfereligibilityparrot/default.do?lang=en&appname=otherportal Have you tried using your old provider's account number? PIN#s and ESNs will sometimes fail but using the account # is guaranteed. Worst case scenario is you'll have to contact tech support to talk to the porting team. Customer service is only the first level of support; you might have to dig deeper.
