Old $39 plan data overages?

I have a $39/month plan:

  • 450 minutes
  • 600 Mo de données
  • Unlimited Text and Picture Messaging
As everyone else with the older plans mentioned, data overages are NOT included in the plan summary. Does anyone know what the overages cost is for data on this plan? I tried calling *611 but there was no option dealing with that. I don't want to pay $35 to call a live person 🙂
Thanks.

IIRC the overage for that plan is 5 for 200MB. You shoudln't get charged 35 for something that is not available for you to see. I would rather send a private message to Koodo's Facebook page. On a side note, I am noticing over to the right on related conversations that it was "implemented" three years ago to include data overage rates once more for grandfathered plan details in self-serve, yet this is clearly not the case. What's going on there?

The $39 plan with 300Mb included has a $5/100mb overage rate.

@ Goran, all overage rates are included with the service agreements customer get. Most newer plans have the overage rates included in the rate plan details online as well. Some older ones, like the above do not. Not yet.

We are referring to the 39 plan with 600MB, not 300MB. Bernard, to the right on this page in related conversations is this thread: https://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/data_overage_rates_of_old_plans_need_to_be_available_in_your_self_serve It is tagged implemented. But it is clearly not. Is there a timeline for grandfathered plans having this done?

IIRC It did for awhile and they removed it again after they upgraded self serve site  :/
(I know it doesn't feel like it was upgraded)

My bad Goran. 😞

And yes, tagged implemented because it was indeed, at the time all plans had their overages included in the details in self-serve. It's only recently we discovered a few plans that didn't have it.
Thanks for your responses gentlemen. I hope Goran is correct with the $5/200 MG. Oddly my data alerts say I can have alerts when my additional data costs reach $10|$25|$50. That had me thinking I had one of the really old plans where other folks said they paid lots of $$$ for overages.
