Odd Prepaid Emails


I've just received two identical emails in the past hour with the subject line "Welcome to Koodo Prepaid, Regan! Let’s get started." The emails look legit, but I have a tab plan and haven't changed anything on my account in months. Self-serve shows no change to my account. What do you think?

After 30 mins on hold I hung up. Will try later and post my findings.

Well, at least they gave us an answer here, saving me a call.
I also got one of theses strange emails. Im glad I'm not the only one who got one.
