number transfer

I’m trying to transfer my number from my other provider and it just comes up as oops error. Any suggestions please?

I am new to Koodo. I received my SIM card today. It works but I’m trying to switch my phone number to my current bell mts number

Did you register your Self Serve account? You need to do that first in order to port your number online. You can follow the instructions here. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo

Do you already have an account with Koodo or are you trying to do it from scratch on a new account?
