number


Transfered my number but my account says new number.  Who changed it?

The porting process can take time. Do you mean to say that you ported, saw your ported number, and then checking after it shows an entirely different number again?

When you signed up with Koodo at the first time, they will give you a number.

If you ported number in from other providers, then it count as a new number.

I selected transfer current number and entered it where stated.   The account shows I was given a new number.   Not the one I already have.

What does it say when you click “Manage your phone number”? Does it say “Your phone number xxx-xxx-xxxx was successfully transferred to Koodo”? If not, it is likely that the port transfer did not go through. If that is the case, you will need to contact the Koodo porting team by scheduling a callback through Koodo Assist. https://Koo.do/Chat
