This usually means you're trying to log in to an old closed account. If you used the same email address to sign up with as you did in the past, you'll have to contact Koodo to fix.
Have you gone through the process to actually port your number? If you have and it's having issues you can call 1(844)-232-7678 to ask about it.
Or are you just trying to check the number compatibility?
