Not able to add a subscriber to my account

Hello I am currently a subscriber and I would like to add another family member to my account. I can't seem to do this via self serve as I get an error. All I want to do is add a plan and request a SIM card as I already have phone. How do I go about doing this? Thanks

If you talk to customer care they will be able to add a subscriber for you (*611). Please keep in mind that if you have a spending cap on your account you will not be allowed to add anybody else to the account. If you are not sure if you have one, customer care will be able to find this out for you as well. hope this helps
