I have been trying to upgrade to a new S7 Edge, and use my tab credit. I have been trying for about a week. I emailed Koodo and was told to try and use an alternate Web Browser (Google Chrome and Internet Explorer were recommended the most). But was still facing issues with one of these browsers, so then I cleared cookies in the browser, then cleared the cart, logged out, and tried again. Nothing. Tried ordering from a different device, a computer (not MAC) as advised And finally, since I'm already a Koodo customer I was told that if I have a balance due on my account that might affect check out..so I paid that off and it's showing a zero balance. STILL nothing. I can't order in a store as I live about an hour away from one and even still, they don't offer the phone I want on a koodo plan! How do I do this??

So you don't see the check out button? That's your problem? Do you have an eligible plan for what you're trying to buy?
