I have received my sim but I didn’t get an account number so I can’t create an account for self serve. Help. 
 

edit to add that I didn’t get a confirmation of services email either. All I have got is the email saying they are preparing my sim and the package I picked.

Did you check your junk folder just to make sure it didnt end up in there?

 

Yes I checked. Nothing there.

You are not supposed to create a self serve account.  If you do you will mess up the registration process.

Koodo will activate self serve for you.  When that happens, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your email.
