nightmare buying new phone

Trying to buy a new phone, site says my password no longer meets requirements or something so I have to change it.

I do and proceed to try and buy new phone and the address is incorrect to ship it. So I go to try and change it, and when I click change address: screen goes black, and I get a message that reads "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred"

I get help from Koodo customer service, they change my address for me, tell me it's okay so I can go order my phone now. I ask why that screen showed that message, no clear answer just said it's fine go on.

Go and try to buy phone again, once again it asks me to reset password. Once I do, every time I try to log in now I get black screen that reads "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred" 

I guess I'm just not buying a new phone???

Have you tried to clear the cache of the browser or try to use the invisible mode or incognito mode of the current web browser to see if that can help?
