New plans aren't appearing in self serve


I'm trying to switch from the plan i already have to the new $54 6 GB plan but the $44-2GB/$49-4GB/$54-6GB plans are not showing up on my self serve when I go to switch plans. I went in store and asked and they gave me a pamphlet with those plans but said they do not change plans in store and that I have to do it myself to avoid a ten dollar charge. Let me know what I am doing wrong. Log in self serve, view rate plan, change my plan,

Did you try changing it from the Shop > Plans page?

yes i went through the plans page and clicked the change plans from there but i go back to the same place as from self serve with no option for the new plans (I dont know how new they are)

I'm sorry i can't try any more things I will check again tomorrow morning and if it doesnt appear I will call and fork over the ten dollars. No extra mc Flurry for me tomorrow at lunch 😞

No need to call in. We'll get your problem sorted out. To be honest, I don't know why I don,t have those plans available. Went to ask my fellow Masters about that.

I made a similar post a few hours ago and am waiting for the response of the koodo official representative to get back to me. Exact same situation here; no tab, live in Quebec, yet the promo plans don't show up under the "change your phone plan" link. If you do call a rep via customer service and explain the situation, they shouldn't charge you anything and should change it for you(from what I've heard anyway)

Hey guys.

I'm back with more information. It looks like to have those plans you need to be on the newest tab system. What's the difference you may ask me? Can't really tell you. 

Can you switch to the newest tab system without buying a phone? Not sure either. I'll be back with some more information as I have it!

OK so here's what you're going to do : 

If you had a negative tab, paying it off would flip you to the new tab world [b]but if positive or 0 tab, gotta call in to be switched

I bet the last one applies to both of you.
