i am trying to change my plan to the new options available ( 33$ plan) , but system is not allowing me to do so . In the regular plan change page i am not seeing any plan with 33$, but in the new plans section i am able to . So dont know how to change the plan . System has allowed me to add the new 33$ to the cart, but not the actual change. Please help

Hi Naveen, To be able to get the new plans, you must pay off your existing tab balance (if any) and go to a Koodo retail location or call *611 from your phone and ask them to change plan. You must clear your tab tho. The plans cannot be switched online. Hope this helps!
