New phone activation


I just got my new phone in the mail and im tryi g to sign up for self serve but i dont know how to find my new koodo phone number? I havent recieved a service agreement via email or anything yet?

Check your spam folder, it may have been sent there depending on how your filters are set for your email client.

Where is your old sim? If it fits in the replacement phone just swap it. If the replacement phone came with a new sim then you have to contact Koodo to get it activated.
