I signed up with Koodo yesterday and can't register for self serve. The rep said I'd receive an email and have 24 hours to click on the link. I did not receive an email but tried to register anyways (we set my dad up a few days ago without an issue). I put in all my information according to my service agreement and I'm getting a message stating the information entered does not match. I've tried doing this directly from the app (pre load) on my phone as well as my laptop with the same result. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
