I am a new customer. I just bought a new phone and sim. I can’t get past the check out part for the billing info. It’s asking for a phone number. I don’t have a phone number.

That’s okay… it’s just a number in case Koodo needs to contact you. In fact I’m not even sure if it’s ever used… so just give a friend’s number, or family, or even a fake number (I guess that is okay Koodo?) :)
I’ve heard some times it is used in critical situations (fraud, credit checks, order cancelled, etc)
